I am not a member of one of the accrediting organizations listed on the registration form. Can I still receive credit and a certificate for completing a CEU-rated course?
You can receive contact hour credit but not CEUs. If you select ?Other? as your organization when registering you can receive contact hour credit and you can print a certificate. The certificate will show your name, the course title, the completion date, and the number of contact/credit hours for the course.
Can I print out the entire course and just take the quizzes online?
Yes. You may print the contents of each module to read, and then login to take the quizzes. However, you must print each page individually using your Web browser's print button.
What if I start to take a course as non-credit and then decide to take it for credit?
In this case, you would have to take the quizzes again, selecting the "Credit" option. Remember, to take a course for credit, you must be registered and logged in.
What if I can't complete a course within one session? Can I still take it for credit?
Yes. All of our online courses are self-administered and self-paced so you can spend as much time as you like for a particular session, logout and return at your convenience. For your convenience, these courses are designed to maintain your account record from session to session.
Make sure you are registered and logged in before completing any course work if you are doing it for credit and intend to generate a certificate. If the course is done without registering, no certificate will be available. When you want to end your session, just log out. When you are ready to resume work on the course, login again using your E-mail address and Password. If you are unsure where you left off, click the My Account tab to review your progress record.
Should I log off or can I just exit the application?
Logging off is important. We recommend that you log off after each session and not just exit the application or close your Web browser. Logging off allows the database to close properly and to record your progress so the application will be ready for your next session.
